Booking & Payments, The Holiday Let

Please choose your preferred dates and then call us on 01684 89772 to discuss your booking requirements.

Once agreed we will email or message you with confirmation and our Bank details for payment to secure your booking.

A 25% deposit of the total booking fee is required if booking more than two months in advance.

We will then mark your booking on the calendar and give you the date for making the remainder, to be paid 2 months in advance of arrival date.

Payment in full is required if booking is made within 2 months of your stay.

Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday.

Weekend bookings are a minimum of two nights and are available out of high season. Payment in full is required on booking.

Payment using BACS or by cleared cheque please.

Seasonal Rates. Open all year, including Christmas and New Year.

In making your booking and payment, you are accepting all of the Terms & Conditions.

Payment includes the use of bedding, towels, barbecue, central heating, electricity and gas.

Cancellation Policy Holiday Let

Should you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible.

A full refund will be made with more than 2 months notice.

Cancellation within 2 months of your stay 10% of the total amount is payable.

Cancellation within 4 weeks incurs full Booking fee. This will be refundable, less 10%, if we can re Let.

No refunds will be made if you stay for less than the booked period.
